New in Hively: Customer Happiness and Team Performance Reporting, and Direct Customer Feedback Requests

Today we released some new features in Hively. There are several new features we think you’ll be excited about. Hively now has customer happiness and team performance reporting, as well as direct customer feedback requests.
Customer Happiness and Team Performance Graphs and Trends. Team leaders now have the ability to see graphs and trends for all customer happiness ratings. You can filter the customer happiness graphs for the last 7 days, last 30 days and all time. You can even view the graphs and trends for each team member and each customer!
All Team Ratings. Team leaders now have the ability to view all team member ratings from one page – the All Ratings page. This page lets you filter team ratings by team member and customer. You can also filter the ratings by happy, satisfied and unhappy. The page can be viewed for the last 7 days, last 30 days and all time. Team members can now also filter their ratings by happy, satisfied and unhappy on their page.
Requested Rating Enhancements. Now, all paid plans have the ability to request ratings from multiple recipients. The request a rating feature lets you request customer feedback after phone calls, meetings, trainings, webinars, etc.
