Hively Partners with Tango Card to Reward Great Customer Service

We have some exciting news to announce! We have partnered with one of our favorite companies – Tango Card. Tango Card enables companies to incorporate digital goods into gift card and loyalty programs. Their solutions power Bing Rewards, FedEx, Toluna, and now Hively! In our latest release we introduced the Buzz feature that enables team members to send each other Buzz for a job well done. They can also include gift cards through Tango Card with this feature.

Next, when you go to send a Buzz in Hively, simply put in your Tango Card account information and you’re all set! You will be able to see your account balance and send Tango Cards directly through Hively. Pretty cool huh?
We’re excited to have this ability within Hively and think it will be a great way for our customers to motivate and reward their team members for provide excellent customer service!
