If you communicate with your customers and employees in languages other than English, Hively now has you covered. With the addition of support for multiple languages in Hively, you can now:
Set your account’s default language.
Set a different language for individual team members.
Set a team member up to receive ratings in more than one language.
When a language is specified, all aspects of Hively that are visible to your customers (the snippet, rating page, thanks page and thanks email) will display that language.
As of right now, Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish languages are supported. If your language isn’t already supported, send us a mail and if you can assist with the translations we’ll add your language for you.
